Following the approval of the new migration draft in the German Parliament, individuals who enter Germany with a tourist visa but find employment will no longer be required to return to their countries and go through the process of obtaining a work permit.
The draft law, which aims to facilitate the migration of skilled workforce from non-EU countries to Germany, has undergone additional improvements.

-Lowering the minimum gross income requirement to €3,500 per month for university graduates coming to Germany with the Blue Card.

What will change?
The new migration law introduces a provision called the “Opportunity Card,” which facilitates the entry of foreign workforce into Germany for job-seeking purposes through a scoring system. Skilled workers with professional diplomas and experience will be able to come to Germany without waiting for their diplomas to be recognized by Germany. Highly educated and skilled workers will have the opportunity to work not only in their field of study but also in related fields.
Direct Employment for those with Tourist Visas
